New Delhi, 27 November. IIM Ahmedabad has issued a guideline for the candidates regarding the CAT exam 2021 to be held on Sunday. This guideline has to be followed by every student giving the paper. However, these guidelines are slightly different for male and female candidates. All the candidates who are going to appear in the exam tomorrow must read this guideline. In the guideline of CAT exam 2021, dress code has been prescribed for male and female candidates, which is necessary to follow. Apart from this, following the Kovid protocol is also the most important point in the guideline. Let us tell you which things are important in the guideline.
As per the COVID protocol, candidates will have to wear mask at all times as without it candidates will not be allowed to sit in the examination hall.
Female candidates cannot wear high hills or male candidates can wear shoes with thick soles. Apart from this, sweaters without pockets have been allowed. Also, jeans, pants or trousers should not have too many pockets. If there are more pockets then permission will not be given.
Clothes should not have big buttons. Also, wearing jewelery will not be allowed.
Wearing any expensive item will not be allowed in the examination hall. Those candidates who have henna on their hands will not be given entry, as it will cause trouble in capturing the biometric fingerprint of the candidate.
No bag is allowed inside the examination hall. No electronic gadgets, mobile phones, watches, calculators or even goggles are allowed in the examination centre.
Before going to the examination hall, candidates should carry documents such as admit card, photo identity proof like Aadhar card, voter ID, driving license, employer ID, passport, PAN card, college ID, etc. Candidates belonging to PWD category will be required to carry a medical certificate along with them.
